Wilmette IL Real Estate is really moving and some of the figures are interesting. The Village of Wilmette IL continues to be a top choice for people and their families. I did a double take when I viewed the figures.
We see a 17.8% change in new listings of all types of properties. Closed sales are up 80%. There is a 3% change in inventory.
New listings for single family homes are up 25%. Wilmette IL has 90 houses that have come on the market this month. Last year this period the number was 72. Under contract houses are up 52.8% over last year with 55 homes Vs 36 last year at this time. The average sales price is only up slightly at half a percent to $987,938. Interestingly the average market time is up 188.7% to 179 on the market. Last year it was 62 days.

New listings of condos are down by 11.1%. 16 condos came on this month and last year at this time it was 18. Under contract properties in the condo scene are up 7.1%. We have had 15 condos go under contract as opposed to 14 last year. The average sales price is the sale as it was in 2016 at this time of year, $347,838. Average market time is up 209.1% to 68 days, last year during the same time it was 22 days.
